[ccnet-user] handling users of the email publisher

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a tool that enables me to handle the users in the
email publisher.
The goal is to have some kind of gui enabling changes, additions and
deletes of users without having to open the xml file directly. Does
anybody know, if there exists such a tool? Thanks for your time.
