Hi! I had trouble installing CruiseControl so that it takes use of the dashboard-packages. When I tried to install a package, the dashboard told me that the file package.xml was not accessible (not authorized to open).
Unfortunatly I am inexpirienced with the IIS administration. First I tried putting the IUSR for full access to the directory where ccnet is installed, but this did not help. then I tried creating an own user (CCNet) and give file permissions to it, and put in the CCNet user in every place I could find, but this did not help me either. finally I reseted everything to the default values and put "Everyone" for full access to the ccnet directory. This worked, but putting everyone to read/write is the worst solution i could imagine. It'd be really helpful if you could update the FAQ or the installation instruction for the dashboard to include the necessary steps to make this dashboard-packages working. Markus
