[ccnet-user] CC Tray returns 500 error

I am doing some proof of concept stuff on my local machine - the
dashboard url is http://localhost/ccnet/ but when I try to register it
I get "remote server returned 500 error" - Is there anything
additional I did to set up on my machine? I am selecting the connect
via Cruise Control dashboard and it is v1.56
