In settings, check "Always on Top" on the General tab and save. Main window is now always on top - but that includes over top of the settings dialog - so when you try to get back into Settings the dialog can be covered by the main window. Since settings is modal you cannot minimize or move the main window to get it out of the way.
Seems like Settings should always have main window as parent and not be hidden by it?
