[ccnet-user] Trigger IfModificationExists with CCCmd

This is a follow up to my last question, no rephrased to possible get a better 
answer. Is it possible to queue a build (with CCCmd for instance) that is not a 
„ForceBuild“ but a „IfModifactionExists“ build?
