I have managed to fix this bit

The issue was with the build args being passed

instead of

<buildArgs>-D:Server=$[TestServer]-D:TempFolder=$[TempFolder]</
buildArgs>

i put like this

which i removed as follows
<buildArgs>$[TestServer] $[TempFolder]</buildArgs>
