I thought I'd seen this feature mentioned at one point but I can't seem to find anything on it now that I actually want to do it :oD So...can you use specific XSLs on the build output from different projects? For example our primary builds display information on code compilation, work items, source changes...but a secondary auditing job will instead contain (custom) information about binary analysis, MSI validation etc etc...so ideally i'd be able to apply differing sets of stylesheets to the results thereby altering the build email/dashboard information displayed.
