Hi Shu, I'm not sure why you get this error, but my suspicions are in the way that the dashboard is configured on IIS. Do you have asp.net MVC installed? Is your website on integrated or classic mode? Is the ccnet service executing? The service doesn't need the dashboard, but the dashboard needs the service.
