Sorry, Rob, I don't know much about IIS as well and I managed to get it
working, but forgot how.
I do remember that the main things I struggled with were the permissions.
Our current setup has a user account for the dashboard and that user has
permissions to the dashboard folder in the CruiseControl install directory.
