Assuming that you are talking about msbuild parallel builds, add the /m as an argument ( http://www.hanselman.com/blog/FasterBuildsWithMSBuildUsingParallelBuildsAndMulticoreCPUs.aspx ). Assuming that you are talking about different solutions building at the same time, use different CCNet projects per solutions ( http://www.cruisecontrolnet.org/projects/ccnet/wiki/Project_Configuration_Block ) .
