We had to disable IE’s Enhanced Security
Configuration<http://get-carbon.org/help/Disable-IEEnhancedSecurityConfiguration.html>
and give permission for IE to be run
headless<http://get-carbon.org/help/Enable-IEActivationPermission.html>.

Subject: [ccnet-user] Running IE in headless mode using CCNet on Windows Server
2008 R2: Success Anyone?

We recently switched from running our tests on Windows 7 to Windows Server 2008
R2 through Cruise Control.
All of our FireFox tests run great without issues.
However the exact same tests have stopped running with the IE8 browser.
The IE8 test halts and cannot click the "Run" button for a report test. I know
from running this test that the 'Run' button is not visible. IE8 scrolls it
into view.
The error I get is "//input[contains(@id,'DetailsView_ButtonSave')] does not
exist".
The error is interesting, it's not 'is not visible'. It just simply cannot find
the button, although it runs fine in a desktop environment.

Help Appreciated,
Thanks!
BTW, we realize that Hub and VMWare are options, we just want to see if other's
have had success running IE8 in CCNet/WS2008 and how we can do it.
