My problem is that the conversion is not bidirectional, and I need to convert CNS files *back* to MTZ and then use those MTZ files.
Aside from the binary flip of a test flag, should the reflection file change? Why would bidirectional changes be necessary -- unless CNS is refining structure factors to fit models these days? ;)
