I have one problem with my structure that is pseudomerohedrally twinned that imitates hexagonal setting (3 twinned domains). my Real space group is P21 with A=C and beta angle 119deg. I have the model which i use to refine with ShelxL
Now, I got the twinning operator from shelx manual for this type of twinning which is 0 0 1 0 1 0 -1 0 -1 and i want to get the other twinned domains using this matrix. Here, I have tried PDBSET but it did not work. So, can anyone give me some idea about some programs or some ways, to get the other twinned domain using this matrix?
