I don't know if any of the "default" installations include it (other
than the full-out "everything" selection), but:
$ rpm -qf /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5
compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-47.fc4
so just yum install compat-libstdc++ - since I guess things don't work
yet with gcc/gfortran from gcc 4.0.
