If you have a map calculated by CCP4 program, you can just click open and
select the map file. The trick is that map files from CCP4 are .map which
pymol does not recognize. You simply change the map file extension to .ccp4
and pymol will read it. After you load the file, just follow the pymol
manual how to display it.

to display density,  type  isomesh  msh1 , map1 , 1.1 , (grp1) , 3.0 , 1 , 2
  (where msh1 is the object name for this density selection,  map1 is the
object the density comes from, 1.1 is density level displayed, grp1 is
object over which density is displayed, 3.0 is size of brick around
selection, 1 is ‘state’, and 2 is border around selection.
