Hi Sara You need to avoid using directory names containing spaces (such as "My Documents" or "Documents and Settings") when installing/running CCP4. I can't be sure without seeing what error messages you are getting, but it sounds as if your PROJECT directory name does contain spaces. If this isn't the source of the problem, can you send me details of the error messages / logfile for a failed job. Although probably not relevant to this particular problem, I would recommend upgrading to CCP4 Version 6.0 which is now available from our download pages as it contains a large number of bug fixes and new functionality relative to Version 4.2.2.
