Hi, Zhiyi,
Thanks for your response.

Yeah, the resolve_composote_map is not the final resolve_composite_map because the program is still running now.

However, I do not think resolve_composite_map is reliable now. I am afraid this map is just something similar with the modules used to build the model. I suppose that only if the phases are strong enough , the resolve_composite_map can be meaningful.

hi jie,
I have met a similar situation. The resolve_composite_map you saw probably is not final resolve_composite_map that is very similar to resolve_best_map. After resolved the structure, I found what the resolve_composite_map is shown are partly right. I think if you got resolve_composite_map like this, you are possible close to the resolution. You can start from the secondary structures appeared in the
resolve_composite_map, but always remember some of them are wrong.
Hope these will be helpful. Good luck.

Hi, everyone,
When I use the resolve_build.csh to build the model without any model
as PDBIN. The resolve_composite_map.mtz was generated. The density
map from the resolve_composite_map.mtz shows a lot of secondary
structures, better than the map from the resolve_best.mtz which
contains few secondary structures.
I am confused. What is the resolve_composite_map.mtz? Can the map
from resolve_composite_map.mtz be used for model building?
Thanks in advance.
Lily
