Greetings!
How can I generate a library file to make a link with a covalent bond between a ligand and
protein molecule using sketcher.
I have created a library file using sketcher for my ligand. This ligand is covalently attached
to one of the residue in the protein molecule. I will be thankful to if somebody tell me what
kind of modification I have to do in my *_mon_lib.cif & PDB file.
