Dear all,
I am working with a 1.4A structure of an axial orientated beta-protein. To simulate the
fiber difraction pattern I wish to use the FALLOFF option in truncate.
In truncate the number of resolution bins is restricted to 60 but I need at least 120 to get more than one point for a maximum in "mean F" over the resolution. I would furthermore like to decide the suitable noise level in the resulting curve by myself. Is there a possibility to outfox truncate? Or is there
an other program which can be used?
Thanks for help,
Juergen
