MRC Ph.D Studentship in Structural Biology starting October 2007 Applications are invited for a 3-year PhD Studentship to join the Division of Structural Biology at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics (University of Oxford) in the group of Dr. Erika Mancini. The PhD project concerns the structural and functional characterisation of mammalian chromatin remodelling ATPases. Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background in biochemistry and molecular biology. It is of advantage, but not necessary, for the candidate to have some experience in cloning, mutagenesis, protein expression, purification and crystallographic techniques.
