Dear all,

I apologize for the non-ccp4 related question.

However, I am trying to crystallize a (very pure) protein, but according to the mass-spectrometry data, it's able to form dimers and even trimers.. I was told that adding DTT (dithiothreitol) to the crystallization conditions could prevent dimerization..?
Does anyone has got experience with this please..?
