A postdoctoral position is available in the group of Roger Williams focusing on the biogenesis of multivesicular endosomes in lysosomal sorting. You will make a significant contribution to a research programme that will unravel the biogenesis of the multivesicular body and reconstitute this organelle in vitro. Previous experience with X- ray crystallography, protein, chemistry, biophysical methods and cell biology are desirable.You will be awarded a 2.5 year MRC Career Development Fellowship,which is a training and development position for a postdoctoral scientist who has recently completed her or his doctoral studies or is moving into a new research discipline.
