Hello, Emerald Biosystems inc. sell two types of sitting drop clover plates designed to be set up by hand. One of them combines 24 large wells (for the mother liquor) each surrounded by 4 small wells (for the protein drop), so there are 96 protien wells overall but you have fewer reservoirs to fill.
