Hi there, I was using the CCP4-omit to generate the omit maps. However, for 2 input mtz files with exactly the same colume labels but different system size, for the small system, it works, but for the large systems, it ended up with:
./omit: line 9: 8510 Segmentation fault I am not sure whether this is a memory issue, and I appreciate for any hints about how to fix it. Thanks! Hailiang
