Hi all,

I have been processing data using XDS which results in the cell constants
179.1  55.21  149.5
90  124.3     90. and the space group is C2. Checking
systematic absences have shown that the screw axis is not present. Again I was
checking the space group using POINTLESS. It was returning the following waning.

$TEXT:Warning:$$ $$
WARNING:
Input and output crystal systems are different but equivalent centred
monoclinic systems.

The input crystal system is C-centred monoclinic
 (Cell:   179.1  55.21
149.5        90
124.3     90)
The crystal system chosen for output is body-centred monoclinic
 (Cell:   149.5  55.21
155.7        90
108.1     90)

Do I have to reprocess the data using the chosen cell length.

Please help me out of this situation.

Sincerely
Debajyoti
