I decided to use a LIC vector with enterokinase cleavage site for His tag removal. Of course I did not check the length of the linker (about 45 aa) nor if the enterokinase cleavage site would be the best choice.... Do you know where I could purchase a decent quality with reasonable price enterokinase to cleave mgs of his-tagged proteins for crystallization?
