Hi all, I am trying to display F0-Fc omit map in PyMol. I got the mtz file from Phenix, and now use CCP4i FFT to generate the map for PyMol. I followed the instructions from the below link:

Do you want to abort this run to enter the file name before running? I don't know how to enter the file name for parameter EXTEND_XYZIN. Does any of you happen to know how to do this?
