Subject: Bendability of DNA

 Hello CCP4 users,

I am working with some DNA binding proteins. Can someone explain me how to
measure/calculate the bendability of a DNA molecule after binding to
proteins and foldabilty of protein molecule?

It will be good if you mention any reference(s).

 Thanks in adv.
