TAJones' "O" program allows you to specify output format like write .LSQ_RT_m2m ncs.odb (3f16.10) which gives 10 places after the decimal and is probably greater precision than "under the hood" Anyway i never have orthonormality problems with this format Calculate the operator with ls_explicit command.
