Dear Abhishek, This looks very like the goniometer shadowing we have seen from the mini Kappa goniometer on I04 at DLS. DIALS (and xia2) now support dynamic shadow masking, although a model for the goniometer shadowing needs to be coded in the detector "format class" in order for it to work. We have done this work for the DLS I04 format class - if you let me know (off list) the location of your data on disk at Diamond I can try to help you process the data taking into account the goniometer shadowing.
