I am very happy that our colleagues give a lot of valuable suggestions.
Sometimes you need to select a good example to teach students. In this regard
5XQL seems a really unbelievable paradigm--poor data, rookie crystallographer,
challenging molecular replacement and overnight accepted literature. It should
be extremely encouraging for all beginners. Unfortunately, it now looks not
easy to reproduce this excitement in a classroom. A little bit sad but thank
all colleagues.
