Dear All, In our lab we are working on proteins containing binding modules. When we are trying to overexpress the domains we can obtain pure protein but on a SEC they end up in the void, indicating aggregation. Can we trust the results if we would perform a phage display on these aggregated proteins? Any comment would be of great help.
