Dear all,
Since last two CCP4 updates, I observed problems with saved *.pdb files
from WinCoot. I found that in problematic file, all dots "." are
replaced by by commas ",", which affect in totally messed up structure.
After reverse modification, the *.pdb file is in correct format. What is
interesting, not all of saved files are modified in this way, usually I
observed this, when HETATM records are present.
