Dear all,

I don't seem to be able to get a functional installation of ccp4i2 on Mac
Catalina. I have downloaded the latest ccp4i2 installer and reinstalled
XQuartz, but the application still doesn't open (no errors shown if I open the
application on finder)
I have then reinstalled in the command line, but when trying to run ccp4i2 I
get this error:

Your PYTHONPATH points to a site-packages dir for Python 3.x but you are
running Python 2.x!
     PYTHONPATH is currently:
"/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/python2.7/site-packages:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/site-packages:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages/phaser:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages/tntbx:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages/cctbx_project:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages/cctbx_project/boost_adaptbx:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/../site-packages/cctbx_project/libtbx/pythonpath:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/lib/py2/cctbx/lib:/Applications/ccp4-7.1/share/python"
You should `unset PYTHONPATH` to fix this.

My system runs python 2.7, and I don't see where this calls to python3. I tried
unsetting the PYTHONPATH but it's already empty.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Jose
