The required qualifications include a recent Ph.D. degree (or expected soon) in biochemistry, biophysics, chemistry, microbiology, or a related field; a strong record in conducting high-quality research. Preferred qualifications include expertise in biophysics and protein biochemistry; excellent communication skills; ability to work cooperatively on multidisciplinary projects; and experience in mentoring.
