Dear all, Two postdoc positions are available in Dr. Wupeng Yan’s newly established lab Shanghai Jiaotong University in Shanghai, China.
The lab is utilizing multiple approaches including biochemistry, biophysics, and structural biology to investigate enzyme structure and functions, protein engineering as well as understand the molecular mechanism of oncogenic mutation RAS with its downstream effectors. We are currently looking for candidates who are highly motivated, creative with excellent writing and communication skills to join our team. The candidates should received their ph.D degree within 3 years in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology or related fields. Successful candidates should have experience in one or more field including molecular cloning, protein expression and purification, enzyme function assay, ITC/SPR and X-ray crystallography, as evidenced by a record of first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals. Experience with cryo-EM/NMR is not required, but would be advantageous. The salary for the position would be at least 240,000 CNY annually, additional bonus is available for outstanding postdoc fellows.
