Dear Eleanor, Thank you so much. As you said, it is a problem that the number of reflections estimated by FreeR set is different from an actual that of reflections because of the low resolution discrepancy. Moreover, twin refinement includes a problem about some overlapping of diffraction spot.
But fortunately, I solved it. I just add twin tolerance parameter to refmac. In my case, parameters of L and H test slightly increase and the space group is P21, suggesting that it seems not to a merohedral twinning but a pseudo-merohedral twinning. In the case of pseudo merohedral, higher tolerance sometimes causes resolution stretch problem. After the refinement, resolution range and electron density map look fine so that I concluded that's the reason.
