Can anyone tell me where to find a model dictionary entry for COOT and/or phenix for the 7meG-pp residue that forms the 5’ cap on a messenger RNA ? I need to be able to bond it to the 5’-end of an RNA model and bond it to the existing 5’-phosphate of the first ribonucleotide.
