Dear Colleagues, I am writing to let you know that AbbVie’s Cystic Fibrosis Biology Group is currently looking for a Post-doctoral researcher to study structural and functional properties of Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Receptor (CFTR) protein using Cryo-EM and cellular functional assays. The goal of the proposed study is to understand how different lead series small molecule modulators bind and correct channel activities of different pathogenic CFTR mutants.
