Hi all, In addition to the statements above, our experience has shown that using the Customs broker as described on the CLS webpage has been helpful. Our weekly shipments from Seattle to Saskatoon typically make it overnight, worst case the next day. Also, test your dewars. They should keep cold for a good week. With simple tests one can identify dewars that are on their way out. Glad that your dewar turned up and that the great staff at CLS could fit you in.
