Hi all, I’m looking for a small, high-affinity binder to the human lambda light-chain constant region—essentially a lambda-specific analog of the anti-Cκ VHHs that have been used to stabilize Fabs for cryo-EM. We have a Fab with a lambda light chain and would like a similar binder to form a stable Fab–binder complex (for cryo-EM and potentially crystallization). Ideally this would bind outside the paratope and be relatively compact. If anyone knows of existing anti-lambda binders, has used something like this successfully, or can suggest a commercial source, I’d really appreciate any advice. Thank you, Andrea Smith
