Hi,
I want to integrate to my application the GSM audio
codec. I hope somebody has already try to add this
codec.
I use GSM�06.10, but I have a problem about the return
of gsm_decode, I have always return -1, I don't see
why because I encode an array of 160 short in array of
33 unsigned char.
