Common C++ classes have been built with extra members to do IPV6. 
Support for these have not yet been added in ccrtp, though it should not 
be very hard to add, as it's mostly just the connect methods which use 
ip addresses arguments which need to have additional v6 methods when 
CCXX_IPV6 is defined.
