You must have and use the newer Microsoft Platform SDK with Visual
Studio 6.0, because they reversed the order in which windows headers
must be included, and including them in the wrong order breaks things,
whether in the older or newer one. On the other hand, you also get ipv6
support with the newer Platformsdk. You cannot use a version later than
Febuary 2003, however, as newer ones after that are not backward
compatible with VS6. You could also tweak the w32/config.h in Common
C++ to build for older platform sdk's...
