No, it's a different animal. It uses TDL syntax and isn't entirely LASM 
compatible and isn't able to assemble Kermit. The lasm.doc file included claims 
that it's a modified version of LASM3 by Steve Schlaifer, which also isn't able 
to assemble Kermit. It looks like there may have been a LASM2 by Pete Mack but 
I haven't found it.
