Well, it was pretty quick turnaround for a perfect response to a gripe/suggestion.
Besides, it I don't acknowledge the good stuff, then people won't take me seriously when I have something to say. In other posts, I might have revealed some causal aspects of grumpiness, including too much stuff, and no longer able to manage it.
