Irix 5.3 drivers

I realise this is a bit of a long shot, but does anyone have the driver 
CD "GIO Fast Ethernet 1.0 for Irix 5.3 and 2.0 for Irix 6.2", SGI part 
number 812-0576-001?

This is the drivers for SGI's own Fast Ethernet card, not the 
Phobos/3Com ones.
