DCS 2400 or System 2400?

I found a simple manual for a "System 2400" 24 bit computer. Can be 
downloaded here: http://dvq.com/docs/dcs2400o.pdf

There's a reference to "dcs 2400" and on the title page, "Digital 
Computer" from the rep. Gene Baumgardner.

Does anyone have more info on this computer, or the company who made it? 
It looks like an interesting system.
