Back when the Voice Power board for the 7300/3B1 UnixPC was of mainstream interest, I spent some time trying to obtain specifications and programming information regarding the Western Electric DSP20 chip it used. Unlike the DSP16 and DSP32, WE (and AT&T Microelectronics) did not offer the chip for sale, and the technical documentation was unobtanium.
