I used to be a self-hoster for my E-mail, but I've recently switched to Fastmail, and I've been fairly happy with it. It's not free, but it's not very expensive either. It offers both POP and IMAP as well as webmail and some useful privacy features (and my wife likes the fact they're Aussie, even if they're in Melbourne ;). I don't get a commission; I'm just a satisfied customer. My usual mail client is Thunderbird on Linux and macOS, but I see people using all kinds of clients with it. https://www.fastmail.com/pricing/ -- ------------------------------------ personal: http://www.cameronkaiser.com/ -- Cameron Kaiser * Floodgap Systems * www.floodgap.com * ckai...@floodgap.com -- Computers are like air conditioners.
